Beer pong is a four player game that is associated with drinking beer. The players' task is to throw a ping-pong ball into the opponent's beer cups. The hit cup must be drunk by the opponent. Beer pong has become so popular that it hosts world tournaments.

Beer pong is played by two teams of two players. Each team has ten cups at the beginning, four cups are filled with water, the rest is 100 milliliters of beer. Each team places the cups on a 2.44 meter long table and arranges them in an equilateral triangle. During the game, players in the team take turns in throws. Each team player has one roll, if both players hit the opponent's cup, they have an extra roll. The player does not have to drink the hit cup (it varies according to the type of rules), players take turns in drinking cups. The crucible formation must be altered into an equilateral triangle if there are 6, 3 and 1 crucibles on the table.
